Warranty Claims

Most brands prefer to handle warranty claims directly with the customers, which means there is no need to contact us.  Just search for the name of the brand online and you should find the Australian contact details for warranty claims.

If you are unable to get in contact with the supplier for the brand, you can contact us or make a warranty claim through us.

For any warranty claims, please ensure you have a proof of purchase. That is, the receipt/tax invoice. Please note, we do not process any claims unless the product was purchased from Banana Baby.
For prams and strollers, you will need to supply the serial number. The serial number is usually located on the frame of the pram/stroller.

Please ensure the Warranty Claim Form is completed to ensure an efficient process.

Send an email to shop @ bananababy.com.au with the following information:

  1. Clear photo of the receipt/tax invoice
  2. Your name, mobile number and address
  3. Brand/model of product with photo of the issue.  One photo showing whole product and another close up. 
  4. Short description of the issue
  5. For any prams and strollers, there is a serial number that is located on the frame.  The serial number is usually towards the back or around the shopping basket.  Please provide us with the serial number or a photo showing the serial number.
  6. We will keep you updated with the process


Please contact us before bring the product in store for any claims.  Most claims are handled directly between the brand supplier and the customer, without the need for us to be involved.
