The Maxi Cosi Oxford has to be one of the most ingenious and innovative prams of 2025, crafted with minimalism and practicality in an all black design - Even the quality you get punches well above its price. From the first impressions, I was blown away by the compact design of the frame, but also the new seat design which was the most interesting. The Oxford includes the seat and bassinet which allows you to use the pram from newborn all the way up to 22kg.

Seat Design
The most striking design choice has to be the ergonomic and spacious seat which lies truly flat and great for kids that sleep on long walks or can even be used at the newborn stage if the bassinet is taking up too much boot space. In particular, the seat folds in half using the same mechanism as the recline which allows for more compact storage. It also features smart memory buttons which allows you to easily detach the seat using one hand, as well as a one handed adjustment to recline.

Ease of Use
Having a more compact frame translates to a shorter wheel base making the Oxford easily maneuverable in tight spaces. It can also take on any terrain and climb curbs with ease thanks to its 4-wheel suspension and airless tires, and its going to feel extremely easy to push no matter where you are. And if you're a bit less adventurous and stick to shopping centres, despite being a smaller design, the Oxford still offers generous basket space for all day shopping.
It's definitely a versatile pram that's great for first time parents if you're a bit unsure of what you need.
